WEBCO

Who is Webco?

Since 2012, WEBCO Shock Absorbers has been a driving force in the automotive industry, building upon years of experience in light vehicle suspension repairs to develop and manufacture high-performance shock absorbers.

Our journey began with the design and development of shock absorbers for a project sprint car company, "Just Suspension," which went on to claim victory in the Sydney Dragway Championship in 2014. Inspired by this success, we shifted our focus to passenger and 4WD/SUV vehicles, always prioritising affordability for our customers.

Today, our product range encompasses everything from pre-assembled passenger vehicle shocks to heavy-duty foam cell 4WD shocks, ensuring that every driver can experience the WEBCO difference.

OUR PRODUCTS

What is the difference between gas and hydraulic shock absorbers?

Gas shocks utilize compressed gas, while hydraulic shocks use fluid for damping. Hydraulic typically provides better handling and adjustability.

What vehicles are your shocks compatible with?

We have shock absorber applications for most domestic and imported cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. Use our vehicle selector tool to find the correct shocks.

How long do shock absorbers typically last?

Most shocks wear out between 50,000-70,000 miles. Riding comfort tends to decline as they age.

What are signs I may need new shock absorbers?

Symptoms include bouncing after hitting bumps, uneven tire wear, leaning in turns, longer braking distance, or fluid leaks.

Do you provide warranty coverage for your shocks?

Yes, our shock absorbers come with a limited lifetime warranty protecting against defects in materials and workmanship.

What tools do I need to install shocks?

Common hand tools - jack, jack stands, wrenches, screwdrivers. Some vehicles require strut spring compressors. Professional installation recommended if uncertain.

How do I know what lift height or adjustability is right for me?

It depends on your vehicle usage. We can help identify choices fitting your needs - mild off-road, hauling/towing, lowered/slammed, etc.

Do you sell other suspension components besides shocks?

Yes, we offer a full range including struts, springs, ball joints, control arms, and bushings to complete your suspension upgrade.

Are your shocks available for fast delivery?

We keep popular applications in stock. Use Express Delivery at checkout for same or next day shipping.
